Elm is our medium sized cottage it can comfortably accomodate 10 people. It has 2 bathrooms the upstairs being a shower room.

It comprises of a large beautifully fitted kitchen incorporating a washing machine, microwave ,fridge freezer, and dishwasher; with a central dining table seating up to 6.

The lounge is a huge 24ft with plenty of seating; a door leads outside to a raised patio area overlooking the beautiful fields, ideal for dining or just relaxing.

A television,dvd player and radio are all included. Elm has 3 bedrooms comprising of the following:

Bedroom 1 has 2 pairs of adult bunks and 2 single beds, the room boasts a high ceiling with natural oak beams.

Bedroom 2 has 1 double bed. Bedroom 3 has 2 single beds.

Access to Elm is through the courtyard which in the warmer months accomodates picnic tables, it is a real sun trap perfect for alfresco dining and relaxing.

To the rear is a large grassed area which can be used for barbecues, games and relaxing.

£150 - £200 per night / £750 - £1000 per week

HOT TUB: 2 nights £70, 3 nights £80, 4 nights £90, 5-7 nights £120
